Can I migrate from Mindbody or ClassPass?+
Yes — we export your member list, package balances and class schedule, then import them into the new system before launch. Members keep their remaining classes; you keep your pricing structure. Most migrations take 3–5 working days alongside the build.
How do class packs and memberships work?+
Stripe handles the payment. The system deducts a class on each successful booking, blocks bookings when the pack runs out, and renews monthly memberships automatically on the same date each month. Owners see live balance per member.
What about waitlists when someone cancels?+
Each class has its own waitlist. When someone cancels (or releases their slot), the next person on the waitlist gets an automatic confirmation email and the slot is held. If they don't accept within 30 minutes, it rolls to the next person. Fully hands-off.
Can I run multiple studio locations?+
Yes — each location has its own schedule, instructors, capacity and pricing. Members can book across locations or filter to their home studio. The owner sees everything in one dashboard.
Will I still need Mindbody for anything?+
No. The system handles bookings, packages, memberships, waitlists, instructor schedules, member records, owner reporting and Stripe payments. You cancel the Mindbody subscription on launch day.
